Store Policies We believe in our products and take every measure to create high quality hand-made pillows. Therefore, we will be happy to exchange or refund your product if a manufacture defect or shipping error has occurred. We understand that there are times when purchased items need to be returned. In the evident that you wish to return one of our products, we will accept products only in their original condition (packaging must be undamaged) within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase will be required, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
