How to Use the YOU Therapeutic Pillow

Position the pillow under head and shoulders. Prop elbows on the pillow and rest hands on stomach. Elevates neck and head while shoulders are supported. Perfect for relaxing and reading in bed. |

Place one end of the pillow under head, and lengthen behind or in front. Bend knees forwards. Allows for easy positioning while lying down. Be comfortable and supported while sleeping. |

How to Use the YOU Pillow

Wrap the pillow around left or right side. Mom is completely supported, while baby is easily positioned at mom's nipple. Great for nursing baby comfortably in the cradle position or football hold. |

Mould the pillow in front. Baby's nursing position is comfortably maintained and mom is relieved of baby's full weight. An ideal position for tandem feeding or nursing twins! |
