A: FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA for all non-discounted products of a minimum $25.00 order! Please note that Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories are excluded from this free shipping offer, and a reduced shipping offer applies. Products will be shipped by regular/expedited post (3-7 days) with Canada Post. Our products are shipped within 48 hours of payment received, and sent by ground service with Canada Post. Q: What is the difference between the YOU Pillow and YOU Therapeutic Pillow? A: The two pillows have the same U-shape. It is their length and width that are different. The YOU Therapeutic Pillow is longer and wider that the YOU Pillow, as well as the width of the curve is broader.The pillows can be interchanged for positioning and purpose. We find that our clients, who are taller prefer to use the YOU Therapeutic Pillow whether for therapeutic or nursing/maternity purposes. Q: What is the difference between the polyester fibre and the micro-polystyrene bead fillers? A: The polyester fibre filler is the same type of filler found in standard sleeping pillows. The polyester fibre type we use is called Ball Fibre, and is manufactured in North Vancouver. It is 100% hypo-allergenic siliconized polyester fibre balls, so that the pillow will maintain its fluffy and springy full shape.The micro-polystyrene bead filler is like the beads found in traditional bean bag chairs, just smaller and finer. The beads are CFC free and made of 100% mini virgin expanded polystyrene beads. We buy them directly from the Alberta manufacturers, and do not use micro-polystyrene beads from recycled material for health and safety reasons as it can not be guaranteed where the products originated. The beads are filled with air, and will retain their shape and size over time. Q. Can your products be washed? A: The smaller products, such as the scented Eye Pillows, Ouchy YOU and YOU Wrap can be spot washed with luke warm water. Allow time to dry before using.The YOU Pillow and YOU Therapeutic Pillow have removable 100% cotton covers. These covers can be spot washed, hand-washed in cold or luke warm water, or machine washed in cold on a gentle cycle. The covers can be air dried or dried on low in the dryer. The polyester fibre and micro-polystyrene bead filled pillows are best hand-washed in the bathtub in cold or luke warm water. Each pillow type can be machine washed in a front-end loader wash machine only on the 'handwashables' or 'delicate' cycle. Air drying is recommended and will take a couple days. For drying in the dryer, use the 'air' setting and monitor in 10-15 minute intervals to ensure pillows do not overheat. Q: What do you do with your excess materials?
