This light weight micro-polystyrene bead pillow is cozy soft and offers complete versatile positioning. The beads can be bunched and shifted throughout the pillow to conform to the shape of your body and provide support where it is needed most. The micro-polystyrene YOU Pillow weighs approximately 1 kg (2.2lbs) consists of an inner pillow and a cover. The removable 100% cotton cover can be spot washed, hand-washed in cold or luke warm water, or machine washed in cold on a gentle cycle. It can be air dried or tumble dried on low. This inner pillow is filled with CFC free 100% virgin micro-polystyrene beads (not recycled material for health and safety reasons). The inner pillow is best hand washed in cold or luke warm water. It can be machine washed only in a front-end loader wash machine on the 'handwashables' or delicate' cycle. Air drying is recommended and will take a couple days. For drying in the dryer, use the 'air' setting only and monitor in 10-15 minute intervals to ensure that the pillow does not overheat.
