The beads can be bunched and shifted throughout the pillow to conform to the shape of your body and provide support where it is needed most. Some users have described using the pillow like sleeping/resting on a cloud- soft and fluffy.

The YOU nursing pillow consists of an inner pillow and a cover. The 100% cotton outer cover is removable and machine washable. The inner pillow is filled with micro-polystryene beads, and can be hand washed.
